Dr. Vrushali has completely transformed my skin and self confidence in a matter of a few months. I was feeling extremely helpless with hormonal acne and with battling acne at all bf or the first time in my life in my 30s. She was excretions and patient with me. She takes the time to answer all your questions and explains everything to you. Thank you for the wonderful experience.I recommend her 100%.

I had consulted her first time for my teenage daughter's acne issue. When it showed little improvement i consulted her again after two months for my daughter's hair fall issue.
Here are the certain obervations which i felt really really dissapointing during my visits.
1. My teenage daughter fainted in her clinic itself due to low BP , Dr didnt even bothered to peep out or came out of her room to see what was wrong with the patient, neither bothered to give basic first aid. The lady who sits at the counter near door and one other member extended help of cheking her bp and giving sugar water. I was panicked and was confused what to be done since it never happened earlier to my daughter, we sat thier since my daughter had not gained complete consciousness, after a while doctor only came out to annouce if anyone else is feeling dizzy then go to rest room and lie down.. to my surprise she didnt even bother to check on how my daughter was feeling or whether she was ok. Other thing the rest room which had only one single bed was in complete mess unorganised condition not cleaned for a while. My daughter stood thier to lie down till the lady removed the clutter in that room
Thier BP machine also showed wrong range, since we verified it with another hospital where we were also told the medicine which was taken for hair fall had tendency to lower BP. Dr is MD and seem to be very active on social media. But quite strange they dont emphathise with real patients or bother to attend by herself first during emergency like this.
2. One more obervation , when i had consulted her second time for my daughter's hairfall issue, dr wanted to demonstrate us the difference between how the healthy scalp and unhealthy hair and scalp looks like so she picked her detecting tool wiped it with antiseptic and applied it on her own scalp and then to check on my daughter scalp she directly applied the same tool without wiping with anticeptic on my teenage daughter's scalp how strange is this.
3. The guy at the counter near doctor's room was busy with providing medicine to earlier patients and couldnt handle the registration of new patients he simply asked the patients to wait without registring the new names i know it was crowded that day since 2/3 family members of the patients had accompanied them and occupied space. As it is the clinic is very congested. In this situation it was expected that a lady sitting at the clinic's door counter who was free could have handled registration of new patients when other person was busy handling distributing medicines or handled unwanted crowd.
With all this experience i would never visit doctor again.

I received clinic's reply on my feedback . Thier is no option to reply back so posting it below my above feedback....
1. I had very well explained and had a good reason to call doctor unemphatetic, it every easy for the one to unaccept it, since you didn't had the similar experince with your own child. And surprisingly it sounds, that such behaviours are ok and are acceptable by the clinic.
2. Doctor very well knew about my daughter's conditions, since she had come out of her cubicle after a while just to annouce if other people are also feeling dizzy they can lie down, without even checking on the status of my child who had fainted, even on the humanity grounds.
3.their was no emergency transport arranged by the staff for my daughter,its false information provided.

Hello, this is Samanwita.....As I was new in this city I was searching for a dermatologist for a long time.... Recently I delivered my baby because of my pregnancy I faced a lot of painful acne issue due to hormonal imbalance......After searching a bit in Google I got to know about Dr. Vrushali with such a good amount of review...After first appointment i was really very pleased to meet her...She was very attentive towards my concerns & she didn't give me a lot of medication as I am breastfeeding....Still the products she recommended it worked magically.....after 3 week I can see the results....I was getting mentally depressed because of those acne marks as I thought I will never be able to overcome these painful acne....But she has some magical power it just got better day by day....I will highly recommend Dr. Vrushali....She is the first dermatologist I am visiting in my entire life...I would love have her consultation in future for sure....Thank you for bringing my confidence back so that now I can go outside with my bare face without facing any judgement.....Much love to you Doctor....

I had severe acne issues when I changed the city. Dr Salve treated me for couple of months and I have seen immense improvement. She explains the problem and work on it thoroughly. She works with great devotion. Highly recommended.
