Violett is the new black
I am writing this with a heavy heart. Out of many clinics I have visited, I must say I deeply regret wasting my time and money at Dr. Natasha’s clinic - Violett Aesthetics (Yes, stands by its name - just 'aesthetically' pleasing with all 'violets'). I came here on the recommendation of my previous LHR therapist. After paying for laser hair reduction, Dr. Natasha couldn’t be bothered to respond to any of my reports. Instead, she made me retake them, only for me to later discover a serious hormonal issue that rendered the entire treatment pointless. I got 0.01% results. This could have been avoided eight months ago, if she had seen my reports and had she been prompt. Dr Natasha, and the receptionist is good for nothing lady. I remember the times, when the receptionist used to see me for the morning sessions and didn't bother for a glass of water, tea, forget food. Well. Hello? Customer service? You will mostly see them partying and cutting cakes. It's like they all are each others customers. LOL. Rest all of us are just a source of income. Too busy keeping each other happy and just enough to cover each others mess. Who customers anyway? After many incidents of addressing the complaints with zero action, I was done. If someone is taking advantage of your nature, it's time to put an end.
To make things worse, her receptionist Puja is outright rude and unprofessional. The way she demanded I pay full in advance, you'd think I was trying to run off without paying, or perhaps that I was some beggar looking for free services. She ensured I pay full money, by hook or crook, was kinda demeaning. After requesting a refund for the remaining sessions (which I thankfully got), there wasn’t a single word of regret or apology from Dr. Natasha, nor did the receptionist bother to ever follow up in my past 1.5 years of my visits. Once they take your money, they couldn't care less about your concerns. If she was a 'genuine doctor' she would have at least given me some advice on how to manage this hormonal issues, after all, it was 'her mess'. Clearly speaks volumes. All the mess was done by the doctor and the mother was cleaning it. Like damage control.
The only saving grace of this clinic is Dr. Natasha’s Mother. She’s a patient, kind lady, and I believe the clinic is still somehow operating because of her caring nature. All my gratitude and best wishes to her.
I initially thought Dr. Natasha seemed like a decent professional and had considered taking many skin treatments with her. But after witnessing her lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, I would never set foot in this clinic again. I clearly understood that they are in no need of customers. Recommended a few peeps, they visited, no one was there, they too got frustrated coz zero call backs. Shows the attitude. I’m sharing this so others don’t have to go through what I did. I hope this review saves someone else the frustration and wasted money. A dermat visit never comes cheap, especially in a city like Mumbai. If you value your money and expect proper care, avoid this place at all costs!
P.S. I really don’t care what opinion or perception anyone forms of me from this clinic. If speaking the truth makes me the bad cop, so be it. No one should have to go through what I did.
