I don’t have very good experience with this agency.First maid they provided, stole precious stuff from my house. And their agents response was not at all supportive.Then they provided another after 1 month follow-up, she was very young and her parents were forcing her to workNow it’s been 4 months.. they haven’t given any replacement. No body pick up phone or provide any leads. My contract is still active but since i have paid the money already, they don’t care. Very unprofessional .Conclusion: if u have lot of money and don’t know what to do then contact this agency.——————Not sure how to reply to message so editing the previous response to tell everyone the true reality.Both the employees are terminated by me. One of theft and another for not returning to work because her mother was pressuring for her to work and she was not even 18 so didn’t want to take the risk of child labour.Can you name who has worked for 5-6 months. I have all the salary transactions details plus the screen shots of when they joined and left the job so don’t just write anything to just prove ur point at public platform. It would have been much better of ur agency to put this extra effort to train your staff to attend client calls and don’t play fake game. There ate many reviews talking about the quality of ur service so improve that rather than lie

One of the good agency and staff also honest, they give good back up of candidates for maids..Hired, we faced attrition but immediately taken action and closed .Very good support by all team

Fake agency. Don't fall for it. Once they send their maid they will harras you for their comission. Once they get it then your maid won't continue at ur place & this way they will send maid who do badali work & stay far away from ur home. They ask u advance money & never turn up. Arushi will not pick up ur phone & ur hard earned money will b gone. Stay away from them. Don't deserve any star. They deceive you & your family.This is totally fake agency. They don't follow their own agreement rules. Money minting business only. Don't hire any maid from them.Don't waste your precious time hiring maid from them. Reply by them to me is also not convincing.

Read full reviewThey DONT do background check before sending maid to your place (bylaw they must conduct background verification before sending maid to your door step) but these guys will not do anything untill you pay them.Once maid is at your place and anything goes wrong these guys WONT take any responsibility of the maid.Pathetic service I had worst experience please DO NOT TRUST THIS AND I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.Please go and check older comments too. (Appx 4 Years back)The agency was totally unprofessional and still it is.I am requesting MIDAS AGENCY to call back people who are trying to call them instead of lodging actions on Google reviewers.FYI I can see some FAKE POSITIVE reviews in last 2 days so make sure you are posting "TRANSACTIONS RECEIPTS" for 5 Star reviewers too.

Horrible Experience !!! Maids are trained on what to talk in initial interview. Maids will work very nicely till their trial period so that the consultancy is benefited and this is how they count on their replacements. This Maid agency is good at fooling people
