Disappointed with meeting the dr third time for the same skin problem over a period of few months. Her view is I should follow up exactly after a month as prescribed but the fact of the mater is her medications didn’t resolve the problem even a bit.

In addition to it, the assistant dr (quite young but a rude kid). She is unbelievably childish but sitting on dr’s chair too.

I requested for a lotion for my young daughter dry palms (seasonal dryness due to winter) with a photo of her palms on my mobile as she couldn’t attain the clinic, the small dr made another prescription of a moisturising lotion on another paper & charged ₹1000 for it.

Very disappointed & unhappy with the mechanism & mentality.

I’m a student who had visited the clinic and the receptionist was rude with me when I mentioned that I wanted an appointment with the doctor and asked me to come back the next day and when I mentioned that I have lectures she asked to come the day after. I am sorry but this is not an acceptable way to treat any potential patients and I’m disappointed with the manner in which the lady at reception spoke to me.

Three years have passed and the scars of the wrong treatment done on my face at this clinic are still eminent on my face. They have totally damaged my skin from benit and made my face ugly. My experience with them was horrible. Their treatment is Third class and the worstest clinic I have come across. They have exploited me for more than 50000 INR and the doctor does not even feel sorry for it. Not at all worth having any treatment at this clinic.

Such a bad 1st time experience.
Despite having an appointment of 12.50,I had waited for an hour already.
And when I reached the receptionist to enquire about my time, she responded "how can I tell that, I'm not the doctor."
And their system showed my 12.50 pm appointment will turn up till 3.30pm.
If there's more footfall in the clinic, it's really understandable that the doctor should be little quick with the patient. Where as in this case, it took 25 minutes for each patient. In my wait time of 1 hr., just 2 patient visited the doctor.

Dr Jyotsana was busy on the phone so the other doctor attended to me, and Dr. Jyotsana just reviewed the prescription and changed the medicine, saying the skin only had a minor scar due to itching. The treatment didn’t help, and my skin condition remains the same. I trusted her based on my cousin’s recommendation, but this is what happened.
Two doctors at same time create confusion.
Now I'm not willing to visit her because I don't want to waste my money again.
If you are willing to resolve my problem and won't waste my money this time, I'll think of visiting again.
