Had a horrible experience at the Vashi branch and very disappointed with how it’s been handled. I still haven’t heard back from the team about a resolution so I would definitely not recommend this to others.

The worst part is that they do not have a pricing card, so everything is priced based on what they say. They have billed me incorrectly and haven’t been able to show me the exact price on their website or even on site.

My experience in detail:
I had asked for a package for 3 facials and was told that they were running a “special” December sale where I get 3 facials free if I buy 3 facials. Along with this, I also get some “free” products which is included in the package. I signed up for it and was willing to pay the price for 3. I asked for a receipt and they say that they would email it to me soon. It turns out they’ve scammed me with the pricing and have charged me for 6 facials. The invoice also shows a “buy 3 get 3 free” on all 6 of them. So technically, I’ve bought a package of 12 facials. At my next appointment, when I asked at the desk, one of the sales lady says that the offer is not applicable and I only have 6 facials in my package. On asking why, she wasn’t able to give me the exact reason nor show me the exact price on her screen. I was also charged for all the “free” products and three more products that I never even got.

With all these unwanted products and services, I’m extremely disappointed. After following up with their team on WhatsApp and even in person, I don’t have a resolution. I’ve asked for a refund and haven’t heard back from them.

Would not recommend them.

Very very very bad experience with current lady doctor forTattoo removal.
Taking consultantation on reception area in 3 min without any guidance. never gave me bill receipt on mail or hard copy. Last time when was there even the another customer was having issue and was not happy about something. Considering that i do not recommend kaya to anyone.
Please hire some good qualified doctors.

Worst experience no result seen in given time frame. Products are not much result based in the name of complimentary they bill for all their products before billing get it confirmed.

Their branches are not presented all over India if so check with your nearby location if you guys are transferring your service paid 40k not even single penny is worth. Rather I visited my near by doctor for skin and hair the result is good after all the required analysis now I am planning to continue with her itself. Rather going to big brands like this doctors with most experience with less charges are better.

Don’t even trust on this people who give you this marketing strategy like free or complimentary once or twice look into the bill before doing this.

Also they sell few products stating complimentary it’s all included in your package itself and it’s all contain non vegan items

Had a very bad experience with the kaya. I have booked for lip filler nd nose filler service. After payment they were giving multiple reasons to cancel.
Customer service is worst.
When I ask the refund they just escape from and don’t respond back.
I feel kaya is not a genuine
