There are very bad staff and there is no discipline to talk to them. They wait for a long time and say that they will not come in 10 minutes or an hour. And the doctor is also negligent. It is a very bad thing.

Dear Sir, We are Visiting Only For You Because Your Are The Best Doctor. Today Reception Told In Call Plz Come Till 12:30, We Come at 12 Noon And Request to Reception Take In Mid Of Queue Due To The Patient Is 2 Year 4 Month Baby And No- One Emergency Patient in The Queue. I know here Appointment System Not Work But Your Jr Mr Shankar Replied To My Wife " Rahana To Raho Nahi To Nikal Jao" This is Very Bad Statement By Yur Jr Shankar .Earlier In Last September 2023 Same Behavior With Other Patient But I Have Not Complaint Because I Always Respect The Priority Of Patient and Designed Process. Please guide those type of Junior To Behave Better With Atleast Senior Citizens And Kids Patients.

Not a effective results from the suggested medicines.doctor couldn't identify cause of the skin rashes.

One of the worst experience.
Waiting time of 2 hour just for regular eye check up for number.
And ended up giving up appointment as i was not able to wait more than that.
The staff needs to be little more informative towards patients informing them about the waiting period so that they can plan accordingly. Hope they will consider this or still going to take years for this consideration as they have took 2 hours waiting period.

Went for finger fungal infection for my daughter instead of improving it became worse not satisfied by her treatment. In this Covid situation other all doctors are atleast checking the patient but she doesnt even see the patient properly and prescribe medicine which destroys the whole situation. My daughter cried after every use we thought that it might be the recovering thing but instead it increased. Very much disappointed.
