TBH - Pathetic services. No schedule - They forget which customer had what session booked and start randomly with anything they wish to. Post that - No apologies. Won't recommend Kaya Thane atleast.

Very much happy with the service provided by the clinic. Recently I had my wife's first laser hair removal session the result was very good and I wanted to Thanks Vedika Kadam for taking the session. She has smoothly done the session, even my wife has language problem (she can't speak in hindi), yet she managed to get the job done smoothly

Absolutely furious because after getting a 40k laser therapy for my mother the skin is burnt and the marks are relevant now. The staff kept on saying it will go , it will go but it hasn’t and its become permanent now. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to take any services from here especially those who value their skin as it can go horribly wrong and they are not taking any accountability. I am going to take this case in depth and make sure a swift justice is delivered because they just cannot play with someones skin like this if they don’t know how to perform procedures professionally and this i am posting after multiple consultations from various dermats and every said the same that the laser treatment caused these burnings.
